Founded by hospitality developer Noah Davis, Solterra Lodging was born from deep industry experience and a clear vision: to bring elevated, light-filled modular lodging to the most exceptional golf destinations in North America.
With a background helping lead development for ultra-luxury properties like the Montage Big Sky and the forthcoming One&Only Moonlight Basin, Noah has spent years immersed in the design, delivery, and guest expectations of five-star mountain hospitality. His work brought him to some of the most iconic and remote destinations across the country — from Big Sky to the Bahamas — and gave him rare insight into what luxury travelers truly want: a seamless, beautifully designed, and location-conscious stay.
As a frequent guest of the Discovery Land Company network and numerous destination golf clubs, Noah experienced firsthand a common gap: members/guests visiting for 2-3 days had few lodging options that matched the quality of the club itself. Hotels felt disconnected. Private homes were unavailable or overly complex. A purpose-built solution was missing.
